I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but a bit small for three people. The staff was excellent and very helpful in addressing room issues. The location was convenient and centralized, making it easy to explore Tokyo. However, the dining experience was mediocre, with limited food variety but plenty of reasonable restaurants nearby.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located with easy access to the subway and within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms, although not very spacious, were decent compared to others in Tokyo. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, although I wished there were more English-speaking employees available. The dining options were good, with delicious daily specials, while the facilities were well-maintained overall.
Rooms
7.0
The room, although not huge, was acceptable in size compared to other accommodations in Tokyo. However, it felt small for two 24-inch travel bags. I enjoyed being on the top floor and the corner, but there was an intermittent machine noise from the neighboring building. Despite this, it was bearable.
Service

The staff members were all friendly and kind, providing us with all the information we needed. I just wish there were more staffers available who could comfortably assist in English.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although tight and compact, were surprisingly spacious enough to accommodate my luggage and snowboard bag comfortably. The morning noise from the street was a downside, but the room itself was quiet and cozy.
